ü Work with the Operations Supervisor and Management team when there is high shrink in a store.

ü Monitor camera systems

ü Conduct payday interviews

ü Interview associates when theft situations arise.

· Complete scheduled video and store Loss Prevention audits priority on high risk stores.

ü Maintain shrink checklists for each location

ü Check Detex systems to make sure working properly
